Our dedicated event space is available to hire. Showcasing work by local artists, the room is ideal for yoga, Pilates, workshops, creative sessions, meetings, and community events.

We are proud to be participating in this year's Folkestone Tap Takeover. A town wide craft beer festival celebrating independent breweries across venues in Folkestone and Sandgate. 4-6th September. We will be open until 8pm on the Friday and Saturday that weekend.

All classes are running on summer holiday timetable so may vary.
Wednesdays (not in school holidays) Yoga with Laura 9.15 - 10.15am Just turn up, no need to book
Fridays Yoga (Hatha) with Peter 8 - 9am (pre-booked only) and 9.30 - 10am
Saturdays Yoga with Peter 9.30 - 10.30am
Sundays Yoga for runners with Peter 10 - 11am
